AFC Consulting LLC dba ZERO Origination InvestorEffective Date: 01/12/25By accessing or using the services provided by AFC Consulting LLC, doing business as ZERO Origination Investor ("Company"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of our services constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.2. Services Provided
The Company provides consulting and educational services to teach real estate investors how to originate their own DSCR or hard money loans. The Company is not a lender or broker and does not provide financial or legal advice.3. Disclaimer of Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee every loan will have zero origination fees as this depends on the lender and the state. Lenders, government, states, can ultimately change their policies which would affect all of us in this program. As of signing of this agreement, I still have lenders who are allowing us to close loans in states without a license and without any origination fee. I will pause the program or change this paragraph if ever we were in a situation where these changes severely affected this community. Also note that even with my education and consulting, success is contingent upon the user’s effort and third-party lender policies.4. Refund Policy
Refunds are acceptable if requested within two (2) weeks of purchase. Refunds are not available if the user has used a lender introduced during the program or has benefited materially from the shared content. Additionally, the user agrees not to use the information provided for personal gain if a refund is issued.5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Users agree to keep all proprietary materials, content, and methods confidential. Sharing, copying, or repurposing the Company's content without express permission is prohibited. Violations may result in termination of access without a refund.5. Limited Liability
The Company is not liable for any financial losses, underperformance, or legal issues resulting from the content or methods taught.6. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services for violations of this Agreement. No refunds will be issued in such cases.7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal issues will be brought in the state of California and first attempted to be handled by mediation where both parties agree on a mediator. Only after attempting to resolve with mediation will we go into arbitration.By engaging in the Company's services, user agrees to these terms.
